ANALOGIES What is an Analogy? An analogy is a comparison of two different things that have something particular in common. An analogy is a comparison based on a similarity. What is a Synonym? Synonyms are words that have nearly the SAME meaning. Examples of synonyms: ‘Easy’ and ‘simple’ are synonyms. ‘Awesome’ and ‘spectacular’ are synonyms. What is an Antonym?
